Processing Time

• Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. Occasionally an order may take longer due to circumstances outside our control.
• You'll receive an email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Free shipping on all orders.
• Most orders arrive within 3–14 business days, depending on your location and the item.

Where We Ship

• We currently ship to Canada and the United States.
• We're working on expanding to more countries soon.

Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package.
• Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays

• Delays can occasionally happen due to high order volumes, weather or carrier issues.
• If your order is delayed, we'll do our best to let you know.

Lost or Damaged Items

• If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us at info@mapleleafapothecary.ca with your order number and photos of any damage.
• We'll work with the carrier and, where the claim is approved, replace or refund the affected items as described in our Refund Policy.
